Payment Inquiries

You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase. Simply click PayPal, then click "Pay with debit or credit card."

How long is shipping?

Order take about 2-7 business days to process before they are shipped out. USPS shipping time after the package had been dropped off . 1-5 Business days for r Once your shipping label is made you will receive an email that your order is about to be dropped off at USPS with a tracking number saying "Label created". Once your packed is dropped off at USPS they will scan your bar code and estimated delivery time (usually 3-5 days for United States). Make sure full address is correct to prevent delays and returned packages. There is a re~ship fee of $10 if your package is returned due to incorrect address.

What is Customer Pick-up?

Customers who select this option and live  in the Houston area will be contact made by phone call/text or email for personal drop off of your order.

Please give us 2 business days to get back to you as we assist calls/emails on a first come first serve basis.

My order says delivered but it is not 

If This situation ever occurs contact your local post office with your tracking information. Handcrafted With Love is assuring tracking number with every order, and updates as your orders are being packaged. We take pride in packaging your orders within lots of love and care, however, after your package is taken to the post office WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES. At check out signature upon delivery has been added to ensure the package is delivered to you directly. You are liable to file a clam with USPS.

What is your refund policy?

We do not accept refunds, please contact us if there is an issue with your order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON ANY ORDER FOR SANITARY PURPOSES.

Order cancellation Policy?

Once your order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel your order. Any requests to cancel orders after 24HRS will be denied.

Are the products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes they are all natural mostly vegan friendly products, read ingredient list for any contents you may be allergic to.

Due to no preservatives in Handcrafted With Love mind, body, and soul products, everything must be kept in room temperature (70 degrees Fahrenheit). Each jar has a 1-3 month shelf life. All products are hand made fresh.
